The Danville High School Alumni Association is a joint venture with the Danville Community Public Schools Foundation. Established and governed by members of the community, the Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. DHS graduates may join the Association and receive three issues of the Maroon & White Extra! for $10.

Contact Deb Wolgamot in the DHS Alumni Office at (217) 444-1516 or email her at dwog@danville.k12.il.us. Graduates are encouraged to share reunion news and memories of DHS, as well as provide address verification. In addition, graduates may:

  • Help Preserve DHS History ($150)
    Graduates who have not been in DHS recently may be surprised to see their picture on the wall! Current students are learning both about the past and about their heritage by viewing historic pictures of DHS on the walls of their hallways. A contribution to this fund will enable a photo/document to be enlarged to 36" x 24" and framed with a descriptive label. Please indicate the photograph/clipping that you would like enlarged (yearbook page, event, date, etc.) or attach desired photo. Please specify donor name for plaque.

  • Support DHS through a designated donation
    _____ New athletic field
    _____ Music program
    _____ Specific athletic program
    _____ Library renovations
    _____ Other (department, publication, etc.—please specify amount/program)

  • Support the Danville Community Schools Foundation
    _____ Basic donation

  • Purchase a Memory Walk Brick Paver ($100) (Tree or bench also available)
    _____ Specify name as you wish it to be engraved on the brick (limit of 2 lines/14 characters per line

  • Submit their DHS Memories
    If you have special memories, alumni announcements, or class reunion plans to share, we'd love to hear from you. Record your memories and mail them to the DHS Alumni Office or email them to Mary Shutt or Deb Wolgamot.
